Poly-Fiber process per Stits/PB manual. Ironed at 250°F edge-seam, 300°F field, then 350°F final shrink. Top skin came out drum-tight with no wrinkles around the pitot mast cut-out. Rib-lacing pattern marked for tomorrow. K. Vega witnessed iron temps and confirmed the L wing is ready for Poly-Brush next session.

Glued fabric — fuselage sides + turtledeck

Poly-Tak applied to tube edges with acid brush, fabric laid in sections per the manual's sequence (bottom, sides, top). Both sides came together without bubbles. Turtledeck fabric pulled over the empennage fairing and tacked; will cut and glue seams next session. Tubes were still showing some chromate from the epoxy-primer coat underneath — no pinholes, no corrosion.
