Second micro coat — canard upper surface to 120-grit

Mixed West System 105/205 with Q-Cell to peanut-butter consistency, troweled thin across the canard upper. Waited the full cure window, then block-sanded with 80 → 120-grit. Two pinholes showing near the inboard leading edge; marked for micro spot-fill tomorrow. Goodrich signed the epoxy mix ratio and the ambient temp/humidity log for this layup session.

Block-sanded main wing lower — found two low spots

Ran 48" sanding bar on wing lower surface — 80-grit with contour-blocks. Bar picked up a ~0.060" low spot near station 144 and a second about a foot inboard. Marked, taped, will spot-micro next session. Rest of surface reading flat. Composite surface prep is where the sequence of passes matters more than any single session's output.

Mounted engine — dry fit on pusher mount

Test-fit the O-360 on the composite engine mount shelf; trial-torqued the four dynafocal bolts to snug (not final). Need to recheck cowling clearances once the final prop spinner template arrives. Draft — will sign after final torque and the 8130-3 review with Goodrich.
